Do I pay when I arrive or when I leave?

You pay when you exit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Along with cash, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Please, no checks.

Are there any taxes or other fees that I have to pay in addition to the posted parking rates?

No. Unlike some of our off-airport competitors, the posted parking rates for all on-airport parking includes all taxes and fees.

Are the lots accessible at all times?

Yes. The lots are accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How often do the shuttle buses run?

Shuttles for Terminals 1 and 2, Lots A, B, C, D & E operate 24 hours a day.

How much extra time should I add to make my flight?

We advise 30 minutes to account for unforeseen traffic conditions and peace of mind.

Which airlines operate out of Terminal 1?

Airlines that operate out of Terminal 1 are Air Canada, Air Choice One, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Cape Air, Delta, Frontier, United and XTRAirways.

Which airlines operate out of Terminal 2?

Airlines that operate out of Terminal 2 are Southwest Airlines and Charter Flights.

Is there a charge for riding the shuttle bus?

No. We offer shuttle bus rides to and from the terminal at no charge.

Are there infant or child seats available for the shuttle bus?

No.

Are shuttles equipped with wheelchair lifts?

Yes. All shuttle buses have lifts.

How do I sign up for the Frequent Parker Program?

Simply visit the Contact Page and select “Frequent Parker Program from the dropdown menu. After all the information fields have been filled out and submitted, a membership packet will be mailed to you.

How do I obtain a copy of my receipt if I lost mine?

Make requests to 314-890-2800.
